Children's Come and See - You're Invited! Mater Redemptoris House of Formation will be hosting the Summer Children's Come, Follow Days on July 18-19. This day is for girls ages 9 - 13, who are interested in spending some time with the Sisters and others who enjoy spiritual things, while finding out more about religious life. When: Tues., July 18th - Wed., July 19th from 9am - 4pm Wed.. Where: Mater Redemptoris House of Formation, 3730 East Avenue South; La Crosse, WI. A $40.00 donation is appreciated. Threshhold Retreat - July 14th - 16th This retreat is for young men aged 17 - 20. It consists of three days of prayer, conversation, and reflections on the priesthood as well as plenty of recreation. To register or for more information contact the Office for Vocations at 608-791-2667.
Vacation Bible School The week to set aside is July 31st - August 4th. Adult and teen volunteers will be needed and child care will be offered If you are able and willing to volunteer, please call Heather Adler at 715-897-1941.
Catholic Adventure Camp July 9th-14th, 2017! This high adventure week for all teens grades 6-12 will offer the chance for rock climbing, repelling, canoeing, mountain bike riding, low & high ropes, adventure trails, time for prayer, the sacraments & reflection on God’s marvelous creation. The total cost will be about $400 for youth and $200 for adults. Sign-up soon! Financial help is available.
Steubenville Youth Conference: Join this awesome, high energy event with 2,000 other teens. (Must be currently in 8th - 12th grade) Be ready to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand while serving others. The conference will be held at St. Thomas University in St. Paul from July 28th - 30th. The cost will be about $260 which includes most meals, transportation & all housing.
