Retirement Fund for Religious: Aging religious need your help. In the United States today, there are more than 33,000 senior Catholic sisters, brothers, and religious order priests. These religious worked tirelessly in Catholic schools and hospitals usually for little or no pay. As a result, many religious communities lack adequate savings for retirement and eldercare. For those receiving envelopes a special envelope to be used for this collection is included in your December packet. For those using ACH, Religious retirement envelopes can be found in the boxes as you enter church. Your gift helps provide medications, nursing care, and more. Please be generous.
Any donations you wish to have included on your December 2015 statement must be dated no later than December 31st, 2015 and must be in the parish office by 10:00am on December 31st.
