Bambinelli Sunday - St. John’s will celebrate the third Sunday of Advent (Gaudete Sunday) in a special way. At the 9:00am Mass on December 17th, families are asked to bring the Baby Jesus figure from their Nativity set to Church. Before Mass begins the children are asked to set their baby Jesus in the specially designated spot. At some point during the Mass, they will be blessed. After Mass the Baby Jesus’ can be taken home. Please label your Baby Jesus in some way to prevent them from getting mixed up in the event that there are two alike. More information will be coming.
